HealthShare Exchange (HSX) is the region’s health information exchange organization. Delaware Valley stakeholders, including health plans and the hospital community, came together to form HSX as a nonprofit organization in May 2012. Membership today includes hospitals, health plans, behavioral health organizations, accountable care organizations, post-acute care facilities, and independent ambulatory practices.
