HSX is launching into 2025 with enthusiasm for the exciting opportunities ahead, while celebrating the incredible successes of our members in 2024! In January, we held our first board meeting of the year where we unveiled our new HSX strategic plan, welcomed our new Board Members, heard from a Vendor Partner about their platform performance, and honored our 2024 HSX Champions.
Our Featured Initiatives
- HSX unveiled our 2025-2027 Strategic Plan to the board outlining a clear framework to drive our organization forward, ensuring greater access to cutting edge research and innovations while fostering the connections that keep our members ahead of the curve in the years to come.
- Our PA Navigate Vendor Partner, FindHelp, shared an exciting update on the platform’s success in connecting Pennsylvania residents with essential social service. Powering the PA Navigate program, FindHelp is a web-based platform that screens individuals for critical needs such as childcare, transportation, housing, food insecurity, and other social determinants of health (SDOH). It then seamlessly connects them to trusted Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) that can provide the support they need, empowering communities with access to vital resources.
