HealthShare Exchange (HSX) is monitoring the rapidly evolving events surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We are working with state and local agencies, our committees, membership, and the HSX board to ensure that additional HSX services are in the ready, in the event that HealthShare data and information can be used to further support public safety initiatives, preparedness, or response.
In addition, and as needed for the safety of our employees, we are taking advantage of HSX’s Business Continuity Plan, to provide a fully functional virtual and remote workforce during limited onsite office hours. This includes our service desk, project management, implementation teams, and engineering staffs, which can work from remote locations to support HSX operations. We do not anticipate any disruption to HSX services and fully expect business to continue as usual.
Also, our vendor partners — including Nextgen & Ai — assure us of the ongoing functionality of HSX cloud-based technology and systems, and their ability to continue to support HSX operations as normal.
