PHILADELPHIA – June 22, 2026 – HealthShare Exchange (HSX), an industry leader in clinical data sharing to support care management, quality improvement and population health for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware healthcare communities, today announced that its President and CEO, Martin Lupinetti, was recognized in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s inaugural Health Care Leadership Awards as an Outstanding Board Member. These awards recognize individuals “whose leadership has had an indelible impact on the region, including those in C-suite roles and upper-level management as well as lead researchers and physicians, founders and inventors.”
Lupinetti was nominated for his contributions as a board member for the Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance (MANNA). He serves as a Board adviser for MANNA across multiple initiatives, including the organization’s recent multi-year Technology Acceleration Project (TAP) – a comprehensive effort to modernize MANNA’s technology infrastructure to enable client choice, strengthen data capabilities and improve patient referral integration across healthcare partners – and its integration into PA Navigate.
“Since joining MANNA’s Board in 2023, Martin has been an active participant on our IT sub-committee and is consistently available, proactive and generous with his expertise,” said Sue Daugherty, MANNA CEO. “His strategic guidance and collaborative approach were critical to the successful execution of our technology and data strategy. He’s also a consistent advocate for MANNA, serving on our fundraising event committees and leveraging his extensive network to connect new organizations and supporters to MANNA.”
In addition to his service on MANNA’s Board of Directors, Lupinetti is involved in several other organizations across the Greater Philadelphia region and the Commonwealth, many of which are connected to HSX as the region’s health information exchange (HIE). He is currently a Health Programs Advisory Board member for Pierce at Lackawanna College. Previously, Lupinetti served on the Jefferson College of Population Health’s Advisory Committee on Diabetes Awareness, was a participant and speaker for the University of the Sciences, and a member of the New Jersey Advisory Council on Health Data Sharing.
