PHILADELPHIA – August 11, 2026 – HealthShare Exchange (HSX), an industry leader in clinical data sharing to support care management, quality improvement and population health for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware healthcare communities, today announced that it has added more than 20 new member organizations over the past year. The new HSX member organizations include health plans, home health agencies, post-acute and long-term care facilities and many more. This consistent membership growth aligns with HSX’s vision of a trusted community of healthcare stakeholders collaborating to deliver better care to consumers in the Philadelphia tri-state region and beyond.
HSX empowers data-centered healthcare by connecting more than 800 entities across the region to support seamless information sharing. By joining the HSX network, member organizations can access the disparate electronic medical record (EMR) systems of more than 150 hospitals, 15 health plans and other healthcare organizations throughout the continuum of care to deliver the highest quality treatment for their patients.
