Millard D. Freeman RN, BSN, NHA, PCA is an experienced healthcare executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. He is currently the Vice President/Administrator at St Joseph’s Manor where he provides his leadership while assisting with the financial sustainability of a 296 bed skilled nursing facility to continue the ministry into the future. During his time there, he has advanced all quality measures to 5 stars with no CMS flags and earned the U.S. News and Newsweek facility rating as “Best Nursing Homes” ranking number 4 in PA in the category of over 150 beds.
Prior to his position at St Joseph’s Manor, he was Chief Operating Officer and Administrator of a Continuing Care Retirement Community at Chandler Hall. Additionally, he held various senior roles in healthcare organizations, including Regional Director, VP of Operations and Administrator for multiple nursing centers, contributing to operational improvements, regulatory compliance and financial performance. He also co-founded an interdisciplinary resource network that offered educational and consulting services to healthcare organizations.
Mr. Freeman earned a B.S. in Nursing from Eastern Mennonite University, as well as various licenses and certifications throughout his career.
