Steve DeFruscio brings more than 25 years of management experience and a deep understanding of acute and post-acute care to his role at HSX. As Vice President of Partnership & Business Development, Steve is tasked with leading the continued expansion of the HSX MarketStreet platform, as well as supporting the growth of HSX’s overall HIE membership.
Previously, Steve served as the Chief Operating Officer at vybe Urgent Care, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of 13 urgent care centers in the Philadelphia region and led the development and execution of short- and long-term business plans, strategies and budgets. He has also held information technology and ambulatory care leadership roles at ValueHealth, Crozer-Keystone Health, Siemens Medical Solutions, Lower Bucks Hospital and Delaware County Memorial Hospital.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from Saint Joseph’s University.
